Gas prices in Florida are up from last week – see how much prices have risen here
State gas prices rose last week and reached an average of $3.08 per gallon of regular fuel on Monday, compared to last week’s price of $2.93 per gallon, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
The state’s average fuel price has risen about 5 cents since last month. According to the Energy Information Administration, gas prices across the state last year fell to $2.81 on Dec. 18, 2023, and rose to $3.76 on Aug. 7, 2023.
A year ago, the average price of gas in Florida was 12% higher at $3.50 per gallon.

The average price of gas in the United States last week was $3.10, putting prices in the state about 0.5% below the nation’s average. The national average gas price rose from last week’s average of $3.06 per gallon.
