A man is accused of molesting a teenager and a woman at Macy’s Rocks Theater

A man is accused of molesting a teenager and another woman at Macy’s Rocks Theater.

The incident occurred on Sunday at the Roxian Theater on Chartier Street.

According to the criminal complaint, Harvey Robb III bumped into the teen and grabbed her breasts while on the sidewalk in front of the theater.

He apologized to the girl and said he was drunk.

When she said to him, “What do you think you’re doing,” he responded that he was going to follow her home and then made a lewd comment, the complaint said.

Robb then tried to fight the girl’s teenage brother and father when they intervened, the complaint said.

According to police, Rob also harassed an adult woman inside the theater.

When employees attempted to remove Robb from the property, he allegedly threw a beer at someone and physically assaulted another person once he returned outside.

Roupe III faces indecent assault, corruption of minors, public drunkenness and other charges.
