LifePath Christian Ministries is extending overnight warming and shelter hours amid falling temperatures


As temperatures drop this week and snowfall accumulates across central Pennsylvania, LifePath Christian Ministries has temporarily adjusted its shelter hours and Code Blue operation.

From Monday, January 15 to Sunday, January 21, LifePath Warm Station hours have been extended to 9am-5pm to provide expanded resources to the community.

The warming station is located at 367 W. Market St., York, and welcomes anyone who wants to warm up. Public bathrooms are also available from 1pm to 3pm

The recently opened Code Blue shelter for families is also available at 363 W. Market St. Extra beds are available for those who need shelter overnight. Anyone seeking shelter during this time can call 717-472-8911 to be screened and registered for services.

The LifePath Code Blue overnight emergency shelter in York City will allow guests to stay inside for 24 hours.
