Your go-to salad restaurant is opening a new location in Charlotte’s South End
A fast-casual restaurant known for its customizable salads, wraps and more is bringing another location to Charlotte.
authority It opens its newest restaurant in the Southend this week on Thursday, January 18 – the third such restaurant to be located in the area.
The Texas-based chain, which has nearly 100 restaurants nationwide, made its North Carolina debut in 2021 at uptown Charlotte Fife. Previously mentioned. A year later, a second Charlotte location opened at Rhea Farms.
Now you’ll be able to grab a bite to eat for lunch or dinner at Salata in the Lower South End, whether you want to eat in, pick up the meal or have the meal delivered to you.
As at all of its other locations, the restaurant will offer made-to-order salads with more than 50 toppings, including fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins that will be prepared and cut daily in-house. There will also be wraps, soup, organic tea and lemonade as well.
“One of the really great things about Salata is we don’t have a menu,” Brad Thomas, Salata’s general manager, previously told CharlotteFive. “Basically your food is what you make it. We don’t have any set recipes or anything, your options are unlimited.
On grand opening day, there will be special prizes for the first 200 guests in line, plus a build-your-own bar, free salad samples, organic tea and lemonade, and more.
