A man was stabbed and killed near a Costco in north Fresno. Police say a woman fled with the suspect
A man in his 30s was stabbed to death Friday night north of Fresno.
Fresno Police responded around 7:30 p.m. to the T-Mobile store parking lot near the area of Blackstone and Herndon streets, and close to Costco.
Officers found a man who had been stabbed twice in the midsection, Lt. Robert Dewey said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he died shortly after.
The man believed to be responsible for the stabbing fled on a bicycle heading north and was seen leaving with a woman who was also riding a bicycle, Dewey said.
Police learned that the victim and the suspect got into an argument before the stabbing. It was not immediately known what caused the fight between the two.
Officers had two witnesses and were looking for any surveillance footage to understand what happened.
