A shooting in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the West End neighborhood leaves one dead and many injured: police
Authorities in Ohio said a shooting near an entertainment center Friday night left one person dead and one person injured and many other victims, Some were juveniles, according to multiple reports.

Six victims were shot, including a deceased man, Cincinnati Police Department Chief Teresa Thietje said during a news conference at the scene, near TQL Stadium and Laurel Park. His age and the ages of the other victims were not provided. At least two of the victims are believed to be teenagers or children, according to WCPO reporter Sean DeLancey.
“We are collecting all the evidence so we can bring these people to justice,” Thietje said, according to WXIX. “It is unacceptable on Friday night that six people were shot in our city.” “This happens a lot,” Thetig added, WLWT reported.
It is not immediately clear what started the shooting, and Cincinnati Police have not released any information on a suspect or potential suspects at this time.
The scene remains active as police have closed the road leading to several homes.
Officials said the victims were taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where several victims suffered gunshot wounds, WLWT reported.
The hospital did not mention the ages or conditions of the victims.
According to WLWT, the shooting happened less than a half-mile away taft High School, Where a football match was being played.
