Deputies say an Altamonte Springs man is fighting for his life after a highway shooting on I-4

An Altamonte Springs man is fighting for his life after an apparent highway shooting on Interstate 4 in Polk County.

Kevin Perry was headed to work when he was shot Sunday morning on I-4 to US-27 in Davenport, deputies said.

A witness told investigators that Perry’s truck and another car were swerving around each other aggressively, and the drivers were yelling at each other.

Deputies said the shooter is still on the run.
