6 people charged after robbing a postal company in Cabarrus County
Six people were charged after an investigation into a mail carrier robbery that occurred nearly a year earlier in Cabarrus County.
The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office sent out a press release Tuesday announcing charges against six suspects in connection with the November 2022 mail carrier robbery.

According to investigators, the suspects allegedly stole hundreds of personal and business checks. It is not clear how much money was stolen as a result of the theft.
Investigators said the following people face charges:

Trey Maine Gamon Chapman, charged with common law theft, breach of safes, possession of stolen goods, and resistance to delay or obstruction

Savoy Griset, charged with common law theft, breach of safes, possession of stolen goods, resisting delay or obstruction, obtaining property by false pretenses, and uttering a forged instrument

Isaac Bostick, charged with obtaining property under false pretenses and conspiracy (two counts)

Jason Rodgers Freeman, accused of acquiring property by false pretenses, and conspiracy

Shaqwan Kishon Davis, charged with common law theft, breach of safes, felony possession of stolen goods, and resisting

Kalia Infinick Hooper, with active criminal warrants for conspiracy, and the acquisition of property by false pretenses (four counts)
