Marlborough Police are looking for a driver in a hit-and-run accident that injured a child on a bicycle
Police in Marlborough are turning to the public to help track down the SUV driver who was involved in a hit-and-run accident Sunday that injured a child on a bicycle.
A gray or light green SUV, possibly a Toyota Highlander, was traveling in the area of 300 Boston Post Road, also known as Route 20, when the child was hit shortly before noon, according to the Marlboro Police Department.
Police indicated that the driver fled west and then turned right into the back entrance of Gailoni Park.
Investigators released surveillance images captured by a camera at a nearby Shell station that showed the SUV in question driving by.
There was no immediate word on the extent of the child’s injury.
