Donald Trump will be arraigned Sept. 6 in Atlanta in the criminal case where he is accused of conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, a criminal case. court Show the agenda Monday morning.

Trump will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. EST that day in Fulton County Superior Court, and the former president will be asked to file a petition in the case at that time.

The court schedule shows his former attorney Rudy Giuliani will be arraigned in the same case at his hearing that day at 9:45 a.m.

The other 17 defendants in the case, who include Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, other Trump-aligned attorneys, and potential Trump Electoral College voters, are scheduled to be subpoenaed that day beginning at 10 a.m.

Stephen Sadow, Trump’s attorney in the Georgia case, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the subpoena.

All 19 defendants in the case in Atlanta surrendered last week to be booked. Eighteen of them were released on bonds of varying amounts.

Only one of them, Harrison Floyd, remains in the Fulton County Jail after he was denied parole.

Floyd is being held because, among other things, he did not reach a bond agreement with the attorney general’s office prior to his surrender.
